For our first year of this program, ten, emerging LGBTQ+ leaders will be selected to participate in The Pride Network's Transformational Leadership Initiative–– a year-long, three-part leadership initiative that aims to cultivate heart-centered leadership and provide participants with the resources and opportunities they need to create change within themselves and in our communities.
