Host a Training

We are committed to partnering with companies and nonprofits to provide the EMPOWER+ experience for their LGBTQ+ participants. To us, a partnership between our organizations is not simply a "fee-for-service" transaction. When we join together, we become partners in our collective intention to fulfill our vision—a world in which all LGBTQ+ people have the opportunities needed to reach their full potential and live in service of our common good.

EMPOWER+ is made possible by the staff, participants, facilitators, and generations of minority leaders/trailblazers who have overcome tremendous personal and systematic obstacles to afford us this rare chance to learn and grow together. We are committed to cultivating sustainable relationships with our partners with the hope that this training might serve as the foundation of your LGBTQ+ leadership development program for years to come.
