For OUTWOD's Pride events in NYC - we will be hosting two simultaneous workouts...one at the ICE NYC location Uptown and one at their Downtown location. Spots for each event are limited, so be sure to register early for your preferred location to secure your spot.

Remember, OUTWOD is inclusive and is open to all athletes from all backgrounds, ages, shapes, sizes and skill level. There is NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED at any of our events. Come to sweat with us and we'll welcome you with open arms.
